Thanks so much for reaching out for support! Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing today's talks. Here are some things that often help with that:


1. Look in your SPAM/junk folder. Also check your Promotions tab if you're using Gmail.
2. Use the search feature in your Inbox and search for Body Trust Summit.
3. Try a different browser (Chrome vs. Firefox or Safari) if you can't confirm or open something.
4. Try a different device. Smart phone or iPad or different computer, especially switch away from a work computer.
5. Using your work email? Talk to whoever sets up the email system and ask about filters preventing bulk emails/newsletters. Ask about a workaround. If you did use a work email to register for the summit, try re-subscribing using a personal email address. 
5. After - and only after, please - trying these things, email us at info@benourished.org and we will look into ASAP. 
NOTE: If you signed up today, your link will be in the welcome email from us. Be sure to check that!

Go into active campaign


check to see if person is a contact and has the following:

 BTS-MAR-2020 tag, be on the BTS Registration list, and in the BTS Summit Registrant Nurture Email automation. If they are not in Active Campaign and/or tagged then they haven’t registered.



Our automated email system is showing we've sent the welcome letter and 7 other Summit emails to this address. There's been no bounce back or error message for any of the emails. 
Just to be sure, did you check your spam and junk folders and also your promotions tab in gmail? Are you behind any kind of firewall at a work location? If you are still not receiving them we may need to have you try another browser or computer or email address since the emails are being sent with no errors.
