For all courses, retreats, and workshops registered through the Center for Body Trust, we offer a full refund less a 10% processing fee if cancelation is at least 7 days prior to the start date; otherwise, any payments or deposits are nonrefundable. This cancelation policy is superseded by the cancelation policy of our hosts that are third-party event venues such as Breitenbush, Kripalu, etc.
Body Trust® Professional Training Program
Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing this program, we have a no refund policy for this program. If you are part of a cohort in the Certification program, you may request that we transfer your enrollment to a subsequent group so that you may become part of a future cohort when the program is offered again. Because there are limited spots in each cohort, people who opt to defer to a future cohort will be asked to pay $500-1,000 when joining that cohort.

1. Defer and join us the next time we offer SFU (next round will begin late summer/early fall).
2. Hold/use credit of $309 to join us for another course/program when you are ready, or in our merchandise shop.
3. Receive refund of $269 (amount paid minus two month's resources and 10% processing per our cancellation policy).
Let us know what you decide. We will then remove you from the program so you won’t receive any program emails moving forward.

It looks like you signed up for our School for Unlearning program which started last week (11/11), and runs through July 2022.
We don’t typically offer refunds after a program has started, but can make an acceptation due to your circumstances. Here are three options for you to choose from:
1. Stay in the program and take each week to decide if you would like to join live or watch on your own. Monthly webinars are recorded and sent along with resources to watch on your own time (we sent out month’s 1 recording and resources on Friday).
2. Use full credit of $339.15 to join us next round or for another course/program.
3. Receive refund of $267.54 (amount paid minus month one’s resources and 10% processing per our cancellation policy).

Hi Tay. Thanks for reaching out again. We have put your payment plan on hold so it doesn’t process, and wanted to check in on a few things...
The details on our School for Unlearning program format are listed on the webpage. We wanted to mention this since it sounds like you maybe missed it. We also want to be sure you received all of the emails for month one (see below).
Let us know if you didn’t receive all four emails. If not, this could be a tech/spam issue on gmail’s server end (which is fixable).
If you would still like to opt out after reading through the emails above, that is okay. We understand that this program may not be a good fit for you right now.
Per our cancellation policy, we typically require a 7-day notification prior to the program start date to process a refund (minus a 10% processing fee). However, under the circumstances we can offer you a few options to choose from:
1. Remain in the program and see how you feel after month 2 (our next call is this Monday). If you decide to remain in the program, we can cancel your payment plan and consider the amount already paid as full payment for the entire program.
2. Use $222.33 credit towards different/future programs (ie. our Exploring Your Body Story Retreat may be a better fit as it’s a live 3-day retreat and a smaller group). Note that by using a credit vs refund you would have an extra $26.66 per below.
3. Process a refund minus the 10% processing fee and cost of month one resources and materials (see breakdown below).
Total Equity Cost of Program: $399
$266.66 Paid
10% processing fee = $26.66
Cost of Month 1 = $44.33
Processing Fee + Cost of Month 1 = $70.99
Total Refund = $195.67 (which is difference of what has been paid minus above)

We would like to note that our Zoom room format this month will be slightly different in that we have a guest speaker, and our room will be more interactive (and we will be facilitating breakout rooms).
