All of your questions and insights are exactly what our School for Unlearning encompasses. Our participants come from all walks-of-life, each in different phases of their Body Trust journeys. P.S. Yes, it’s very frustrating and unfortunate that there aren’t more HAES physicians out there. We have referrals in Oregon, but not sure where you are located. You can try a search on the HAES webpage here.
