Hi Emmy.

Just a quick follow-up on this.
There will be time in most sessions for Q+A. Some sessions will be focused on Q+A, including panel and roundtable discussions. We envision some monthly sessions will also make use of the breakout rooms for smaller group discussions.

We are considering offering a few “socials” for breakouts to meet one another and make connections. These socials would have additional affinity groups.

We offer a BIPOC affinity group for Black, Indigenous and People of Color to have an opportunity to connect in a separate space for conversations and networking while not having to code switch or be ambassadors for their experience within a white dominant community. We are not planning to offer any other affinity groups at this time. We are currently looking into platforms like discord as a place for people to connect with each other, possibly in other affinity groups, outside of our monthly sessions and consultation groups.

Hope this answers your questions.

Thank you!
