Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing this program, we have a no refund policy for this program. If you are part of a cohort in the Certification program, you may request that we transfer your enrollment to a subsequent group so that you may become part of a future cohort when the program is offered again. Because there are limited spots in each cohort, people who opt to defer to a future cohort will be asked to pay $500-1,000 when joining that cohort.

Thanks for reaching out with this update. We know that 'life gets lifey’ and understand your need to take a leave. We’ve put your payment plan on hold until you decide how you would like to move forward. 

Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing the Certification program, and the limited spots in each cohort, there is a no refund policy for this program. You may request that we transfer your enrollment to a subsequent group so that you may become part of a future cohort when the program is offered again. If you choose to rejoin a future cohort, you will be asked to pay $200 when joining that cohort. Another option will be to apply the amount you’ve paid ($580) to the Groundwork Program (self-paced modules) when we roll it out on it’s own in the fall (note that the Groundwork Program portion of the Certification program does not certify you; enrollment in a cohort/12-month live webinar portion is required for full certification).

Please reply to let us know what you decide to do. If you decide to move forward in leaving our 2022 program/cohort, we can cancel your payment plan and remove you from the course (roster, emails, learning platform).
