Thanks so much for reaching out with your questions and concerns about the Kripalu retreat.
Please know that you are absolutely welcome, and that we design and facilitate this retreat with trans folks in mind. We usually have at least one trans person attend our Kripalu retreat, and we can’t be certain what the mix of people there will be, but we do exclude cis men.
When we come into community to do this work, it can be so powerful. And it certainly brings up everyone’s struggles with belonging. When we begin the retreat, we will create a container and establish group guidelines to do brave work together. We’d love to have you join us.
As far as trans masc folks doing this work on east coast, we recommend CJ and OJ (https://thirdwheeled.com/about/ or @thirdwheeled on IG). CJ has done some training with us, and could speak to how we facilitate groups.
