I’ve gone ahead a paused Jennifer’s payment plan until she decides how she wants to move forward (options below). My feeling is that she got into the modules and decided the content was not what she expected, which is not - in my opinion - refund-worthy (hence why she’s asking to to apply credit towards future program). 

So, can you explain to Jennifer that the groundwork program is self-paced and she can start at any time and work at her own pace (and won’t lose access if she doesn't begin right away). 
Let her know we’ve paused her payment plan for now until she decides what she wants to do. Here are her options:

Option 1: Stay in training and move forward when she is ready.
Option 2: Drop out and apply $160 paid towards future program.
Per our cancellation policy we are unable to refund monies once a participant has received content/access to any program.
