Thanks for reaching out, and for your patience with any tech issues you may have encountered. Our website team is diligently working on these glitches. In the meantime, folks have been able to make their purchases via another payment method and/or trying some of the things below.

  1. Type in your credit card (vs copying & pasting or using autofill).
  2. Restart your device/computer.
  3. Try a different browser (ie. Chrome vs Safari).
  4. Clear caches.
  5. Try a different payment method (ie. you can pay with a card through the PayPal checkout option - no PayPal account required).

I don’t see that you made a purchase so you do not have a login (unless you made it under a different email/name). There was no sign in for the summit last week. Daily emails were sent with links to the talks (available for 24 hours each day). If you’d like to watch any of the talks you missed, you can extend your access here for only $37. You’ll then get access to our member site with a login.
